Q: What makes Root & Ripe chips different from regular chips? A: Our chips are vacuum-fried — a low-temperature process that preserves the natural colour, flavour, and nutrition of real fruit. No artificial colours, no preservatives, no compromise.
Q: Are your chips suitable for children? A: Yes! Our chips are made with real fruit and no artificial additives, making them a great snack for kids. However, always check the allergen information on the pack.
Q: Are your products vegan and gluten-free? A: Our fruit chips are naturally vegan. Please check individual product labels for allergen and gluten information, as formulations may vary by flavour.
Q: What is the shelf life of your products? A: Each pack has a best-before date printed on the packaging. Typically, our chips have a shelf life of 6 months from the date of manufacture when stored correctly.
Q: How should I store the chips after opening? A: Once opened, consume within 2–3 days for best taste and crunch. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
